Coconino SMA Spins Off Subsidiaries SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Confirming their announced intentions, Coconino S.M.A., Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CSMA - news) announced today that they are spinning off both their two subsidiary companies, Enviro-Tec, Inc. and Ad-Hatters, Inc. Existing CSMA shareholders will receive dividend shares in both of the newly independent companies and retain their shares of the parent. The date of record for these transactions is today, September 30, 1998. All CSMA shareholders as of the close of business today will receive one (1) share of Enviro-Tec, Inc. for every six (6) shares they own of Coconino SMA (5,348,595.67 shares of Enviro-Tec, Inc.), and one (1) share of Ad-Hatters, Inc. for every seven (7) shares they own of Coconino SMA (4,584,510.57 shares of Ad-Hatters, Inc.). The company has requested an ex dividend date from NASD and will announce it as soon as it is confirmed.
