Jeff,

You've been a busy boy. I appreciate all the work you've done on enlightening us as to the potential of this new purchase by CLCK. So, in effect, we've again broadened our base, beyond the basic business of processing credit cards. In effect, the story is much better than it was 2 months ago, yet the price is lower. Go figure.

The average supermarket has computerized scanners at checkout. They scan your loyalty card and record the sales. They have no need of your crediit card or debit card to do this function. There is a lot more supermarket loyalty prorams out there that a company like CLCK hasn't a hope of capturing beccause who realy needs it.
