Dear JDN;

I agree, Command should be told of our irritation. The length of silence is suspicious. If Mr. Caputo doesn't have anything to hide he should speak up. The company disappointed the analysts from the beginning, stretching their credibility beyond limit. So the price took a dive. This is not a forgiving market. If CMND is withholding or covering up bad news they will only make the situation worse.

For now we must go on the earnings forecasts of the analysts:

Annual Forecasts:
Dec,1998 Consensus $ 0.22
Dec,1999 Consensus $ 0.36

This may not be what we would like to see, but it seems to be the most likely scenario. This represents a 64% increase year over year. At a modest
PE = 20 price = $7.22,
PE = 30 price = $10.80
