Joe, The only question I have about Fleck's piece is "what great performance at Fidelity?" Fido covers the waterfront so they are almost a world index, if you look at the whole group. My old firm, American Capital, seems to have outperformed Fido's bigger domestic funds this year, and their performance has sucked. <G>

Of course, there was a time when American Capital always outperformed Fidelity, but then I showed up and ruined the company by making them discover the wonder of actually selling some of their funds to customers. <G> That made marketing ascendant and most of the Forbes Honor Roll Fund Managers were fired under marketing's reign of terror.
