Thanks SE. That is helpful although I admit to sometimes being rather mathmatically challenged. Has anyone attended any of Camp's seminars, btw? Watching an awesome performance from Carnegie Hall of Gershwin played by the San Francisco Symphony conducted by Michael Tillson Thomas....very nice after today's crazy market. I need a little jaaaeeeeeeeaaaaazzzzzz. Mary <--who played Rhapsody In Blue and the Concerto in F in college, but don't ask me to do it now.
