Serge, you are right.Remember that even though thousands of stocks are down 50%, the Naz and Dow are made mostly by few big caps that are grossly overvalued, PEs of 30 and up, in a global market that is going to grow in a crawl: GE, MSFT,DELL,LU, CSCO, KO, Gillette, to name a few.
I don't think it's a bear, but the valuations have to come down to match the global crawl
