October 1, 1998

Effective immediately, our brokers in the S&Ps have declared that they
will be “NOT HELD” on price orders that aren't either Even or Half, since
the market is now trading primarily at these price points.

You may continue to place orders at other price points, but you do so at
your own risk. Not Held means that the broker does not have to fill an
elected order, either a Limit order or a Stop.
