yes it was a good day in court! andy mann retained lawyer for $20,000 in a no-win case. citibank said they just want to settle case as fast as they could. judge wanted to disgorge the 4.480,000 shares that day! andy mann lawyer presented documents for reveiw. judge continued case to friday at 2pm. friday we will see jb oxford hand over certificate of collateral for the 4 million shares of stock. spider
