Hi JB....

Matter of fact, the ITS division alone is worth twice the current market capitalization on a full sale.

However, credibility has been shattered, and we are in the tax selling season.

If management does anything to re-write the strike price of its options, there will be a real insurrection among holders (I believe, anyway!). Let us hope that the senior people are aware of the market realities.

This entire problem unfortunately places in a very bad light the recent announced change in the manner the company will be communicating information to shareholders, particularly in regards to the upcoming conference call. It is clear that the shareholders are going to want to "grill" management at some length on the 16G manufacturing issues, and you can't do that if you are listening to a taped call.

My own view is that management will recognize this and maintain the open nature of the call, but I will be PROFOUNDLY DISAPPOINTED if the senior people change this communication method at a time when such an action would make credibility issues even worse.

Have a good day.

Is it screaming buy? Maybe if you have NEVER owned 1 share before.
JB, Is it wise to ever add to Losers? Add to strength, Buy New Highs. Technical signals have been loud and clear. New Lows and Weakness.

Once again it is the fundamental analysis and Investor Relations PR that fooled me, that is why- To follow technicals is the ONLY way to go.

"I have a weird feeling something else is up"..............

Like what Jaime? That the stock might hit 5? Anyway, it's going to take a while before you see SMU at 16again. Maybe two years or more !

Not Me, I dumped it at $17 last year, a number it will probably never see for years to come. Good technology, but they don't know how to make money. I like to revist the thread to see who is still DREAMING. I wonder if the hedge fund manager who bought the stock a few months ago at 13, and posted to this group is waiting for a call from Warren Buffett to bail him out. Wake up people, this is your clients money, not your craps money. You have to know when to walk away. I guess this has become a core long-term holding for your clients' portfolios now.

I will tell you that SMU is a screaming buy at this level. I will be more than happy to purchase your stock at $3 per share.
