*Carp's update** Sez things are "wild"...and normally doesn't wait this long to do next months forecast but given the conditions, he want to see how today and tomorrow play out. He sez: We have some other lows hitting around the 9th. He expects a bounce at a test of 7400..but will likely not get the bounce like the last trip down. Late OCTOBER should be some sort of rolling/sideways top, with "nasty, nasty stuff going down into the 19th-20th of NOVEMBER" If you've got some gonads you could play a few day rally off of this low or even some decent rally into year end. His big picture is still fairly negative...even for most of 1999.
