What's to dispute. I make no claim that PRWT is engaged in any such activity as bribing. The SEC has no jurisdiction over whatever PRWT does in Belize, except insofar as the statements they make in Press Releases have been misleading to investors in PRWT stock. These are activities that have been carried out here in the US, I would note.

The only illegal activities on foreign soil that I can think that the US Government concerns itself with would be something like bribing of government officials of other countries. I think I can recall several cases about this a few years back where company officers faced felony charges for such activities carried out abroad.

You are wrong in interpreting my meaning as saying that PRWT itself is engaged in bribing. I apologize for any misunderstanding that you may have in this regard. But I have not now, nor have I ever thought that PRWT bribed anyone. Nor do I believe that I have said as much. I just happen to think that they have made misleading statements in their press releases. And since it seems through previous posts they are aware of these inaccuracies and they still have not retracted them, I think it speaks poorly of their intentions.
