Hi Forest. I have real time quotes too. Have you noticed that on some stocks the bid/ask gets crazy after the close. For example, my service shows CS right now at 10 1/16 x 11 1/8. During trading hours there is never more than a 1/8 spread on this stock.

RIght now WDC shows 8 3/8 x 11 3/4. We know that is not right, but i'll bet that is what your service shows also.

CNC is another one. You gave me CNC at 31.825 when it closed at 30.5625. Again the spread is never more than about a 1/4 on this stock.

Not trying to be critical and I don't know the solution, but it could affect some people's porfolios by several percentage points.

Thanks for all the time and effort you have put into this.

Sam

Forest...here is another pesky correction to make:

Bank of America (BAC) had a stock dividend on 10/1/98 - as a result of the merger with NationsBank. My number of shares should be increased from 329.22 to 372.55 to reflect this. (Each BAC share received 1.1316 shares of the new entity.)
