Without offending us ASND longs, I'll bet that 12 months from today COMS is at a higher price than ASND - split and buyouts adjusted.

Gee, this wouldn't be a slightly biased opinion, would it? :)

So what you're saying is that you would spot ASND roughly 10 points (based on today's close), and that in 12 months, COMS will be at a higher price? Hmmm.

Until COMS can figure out to make good margins on razor thin margin products like NICs and modems, I can't see the stock making any significant moves. This stuff is still such a large part of the business model, that its gonna be tough to show consistent growth, IMO.

You wrote, "however I think that COMS growth will accelerate quicker in upcoming quarters."

Well, isn't COMS mainly in NICs? Wasn't there some serious threat fom Intel on their market position? Intel brought COMS stock price down in the first place, some year ago, or so. But that hasn't endend yet!

I believe ASND has a defendeble position in its market: stuff for ISPs, so I own ASND stock, but COMS? No, way!
