I stand corrected they weren't entirely your additions, but I still say this is only KevinL's spin on things. If there was indeed sabotage, how is it that the government there has not done anything nor has there been any follow up in the press or by the government to correct this alleged "sabotage"? It's almost two weeks since that alleged conversation took place as reported. I would say that the real reason is that the releases were not false. And further that the guaranteed loan program was something that never existed insofar as the government of Belize is concerned, and does still not exist.
