Elio...

CHILL OUT!!!!!!!!!!!

You say the SEC is paid with our tax dollars. then....STOP WASTING MY TAX DOLLARS!!!!! We don't need your frivolous investigation.

Number 1...The SEC is NOT going to waste their time with some little OTCBB stock. They probably get 100 complaints a day about different companies. Unless you have a good bit of hard evidence supported by FACT, not "oh those nasty market makers are moving the bid down on buys". They aren't going to waste their time, nor should they.

This stock popped on volume...If you've been around penny stocks much you would know this is how they almost ALL go. They pop on the promise of news, some big product, etc...News comes out, excitement dies and they drop like stones (even if only temporarily which I hope is the case here). It doesn't take much money to run a penny stock like this. When MM's see abnormal buying interest, they are going to raise the spreads to the point of resistance...as they should...opposite works on the way down. They make most of their money making trades, not shorting. Most of these MM's probably don't even have a clue what the company does, nor do they probably care, they are just reacting to the buying and selling coming in.

Quit whining. You are wasting your time and getting quite annoying.
