Did Mr. Schmidtz say anything about the fact that they haven't released any PRs in two months? I was hoping to see an official PR outlining the outcome of the shareholders meeting. Apparently, the name change to PanAmerican Bancorp is now official, but the world doesn't know this fact, or the other results of the shareholders meeting. I understand that they were waiting for the shareholders meeting to occur before they released more news, but it's now one week past and nothing???
