No, FRAN and NITE did not stop trading which is what I suspected. Someone posted and estimated that if this were to happen it would take 30-60 days (as I recall). Here's the listing of MM's at the close today. FRAN and NITE are still trading. NITE is on the bid at close and FRAN the ask. I was last trade and bought from FRAN near close. As far as the number of shares trading. First, Nasdaq and OTCBB shares are counted twice. Once when you sell to the MM and once when they sell to someone else. Second, the same share will trade hands many times. I sold and bought back today. Total of about 15,000 shares. So those shares counted for 60,000 of the volume if none were retained in inventory by the MM's. mike
