My route's out in the boondocks in the Santa Ana Canyon.

One of my old customers owned a roadster version of the Mercedes Gullwing. I think it was a 1956 model 300. It was worth around $60,000 and they still drove it around town. Did your friends own an air-charter service? These folks did.

I once had another customer who worked for ABC's Wide World of Sports. He had two mint condition cars in his garage, something like a 1919 Cadillac and a Stutz Boattailed Roadster. The Cad had been bought new buy a movie actress, and he had purchased it from her estate. He managed to find the old guy who had painted it when it was manufactured, must have been 90, and had the old boy help him repaint and finish the car.
