<fraud> Rumor has it that the American subsidiary sent money to the Bolivian subsidiary and someone at the Bolivian subsidiary directed the funds to areas other then the property. Could have been their personal bank account or booze, broads, parties or all of the above.............. guess that is why they are so behind in their filings. Also the SEC may, I repeat mayt lay fraud charges re the press release of may 22 1998................... where there is smoke,,,,,, generally there is fire............ BIG yellow light flashing proceed with caution.
