What we knew…. "The firm of Behre Dolbear & Company, Inc. has been retained to act as a consultant to legal counsel for Registrant for issues relating to Registrant's mineral concessions in Bolivia. It is impossible to anticipate the nature or result of such consulting services at this time."

AND we now know…..”subsequent internal review of the Paravicini report, management of Golden Eagle has concluded that the techniques used by Mr. Paravicini were insufficient to justify the calculations made, and the term "reserves" may be an inaccurate characterization of the mineralization found on the Golden Eagle properties in the Cangalli district. Based on the information that Mr. Paravicini and others have developed regarding the Cangalli district in general and the Company's properties in specific, management still believes that there is significant gold mineralization within the Company's properties.”

Just a matter of time before we can see the next card (filing) to help in deciding to hold them or fold them. Then.... we wait for the next card.

Good luck

reddy......Enjoying the game.

PS did the cheese and crackers ever get here?

I've said from day 1, that the only way this story would fall flat was if it was an outright fraud. I didn't think that anyone would have the b---s to do it again in a post Bre-X environment..and I still don't believe that's the case.

We can argue about how much "gold there is", but no one can debate how much "fraud there is". It's either fraud or it's not.

Seems to me, that this little company has dug a deep hole for itself. If there is no fraud, then the gold is there and its only a matter of time until there's a JV or buyout. If it's a fraud.....then whatever the SEC does to GE and TT won't be harsh enough!!!!
