Larry,

I agree with you that I would rather own shares in a company that is producing but... Why are we in this position? I thought that the last PP was going to hold us for a year. Where is CPM and its investors?

If we are that close to being bankrupt then why is Sid and other executives not foregoing with their paychecks?

Larry, You got to know Jeff recently. Does he give the impression this last move seems to be our get out of jail free card with the AEC. Move to the US and we won't be too hard on you.

When I bought stock in this company years ago it was solely for the Franklin Lake project. I paid a bit more than the current going price, and now I should consider myself lucky that the president is going to offer me a chance to buy equivalent shares for the same investment risk at 50% more then todays price!

I will say this, the volume over the last couple days has not deterred any of those in the know from selling. The volume has been very low all things considered and no one seems to be talking. I will look forward to any e-mail on this matter.

Larry- with this deal everyone loses. Without a retraction immediately no bank on planet earth would lend Naxos for any other projects because of all the new impending lawsuits. Class action lawsuits are very costly. And they will be coming.

After the current management delay for several months of the Johnson/Lett process, putting the pilot plant on moth balls. Naxos finally got some new directors that patched up the relationship
TWO WEEKS AGO---the ore for chain of custody assays only landed in the labs one or two weeks ago. Assays only take a few days to complete and a few days to double check. They could have been released any day.

The timing of this release is suspect at best.

Assays from one or more labs and a retraction are the only things that will keep the stock alive.

Larry- this deal has strong belief in the tooth fairy and Peter Pan

The fact that some mystical party is more interested in 1/2 the company than the entire company, and further, is will bid up shares of Sid Kemp @ co. to great heights is beyond me. I'm surprised you bought into the spin control. 1/2 is greater than the whole???
Somebody is selling you something that I'm not buying.

Max
