Folks, Please clear your minds and focus on the company and it's value. Here is my thought:

1. If all of 20M Auth shares are outstanding(this is the worst and impossible), at today's $0.46 per share, we have $9.2M market cap. Do you think the company worth $9.2M, or do you think the company would like to settle at this price if somebody wants to take it over?

2. if the outstanding shares are 3.5M (my estimate: 14M/12=1.2M + $3M/$1.5(stat-up companies rarely make over $3M acquisition) + 0.2M(rounded-up)), we have $1.61M market cap. Do you think the company worth $1.61, or do you think the company would like to settle at this price if someone wants to take it over?

3. If the outstanding shares are 5M (somebody posted this number on the thread, though it's conservative, I prefer this number), we have $2.3M market cap. do you think the company worth $2.3M? can this price justify its latest acquisition? again, do you think the company would like to settle at this price if someone wants to take it over?

4. If you pick up 50 hot BB stocks, and do a calculation on their market cap, you will find the major resistant bar is around $50M market cap. I don't know the reason. But I know BNEZ is far away from $50M market cap.

If you are a value investor and would like to make money in a long term horizon, relax and have a good sleep.

Best Regards;
