Elio,

The stock market does not work that way. The stock is going down because as Leyroyt says and I agree, we have had sellers. A lot of these sellers bought shares at lower levels than we could because of the reverse split we went through. Don't kid yourself. I know personally from PM's that some of the BNEZ shareholders have sold some shares off to take some profit. Please do not ask me to name them. You have to be kidding yourself thinking the market makers are scared. They know how the game is played and they have the inside track not us. The stock goes from .14 to .46 a 229% gain and you're upset? BNEZ went up big five or six days in a row. This could not continue. Even the 50% price drop has still netted BNEZ the 229% gain. BNEZ can only do two things tomorrow...go up or down. If it closes down you'll be screaming market maker and SEC again. If it goes up you'll think it was because of you and your posts scaring the market makers. Please! If there is a lot of buying tomorrow and very little selling the stock will go up. If there isn't major buying pressure or news it could come down. A lot of smaller investors will gamble on a stock under .20 but as a stock is near $1 it's going to keep a lot of the smaller investors away. All the small investors buying at low price levels adds up. Elio, you should also know better. Follow almost any penny stock. After a major run up almost all of them pull back quite a bit. Any investor buying near the end of the run up usually finds himself in a losing position till the stock's next move.

You really are an amature. Reading your posts is such a comedic stress relief for me. I never laugh so hard. You certainly don't belong playing penny stocks.

This stock saw something like 10x its normal volume surge in for a few consecutive days. This sort of abnormal buying pressure is going to spike the stock.

ok...here is an analogy for you...

Balloon, sitting on the table, 1/4 full. You pick it up and suddenly blow a large breath of air in it, then another, 3 consecutive breaths the balloon is full...then you stop blowing (no buying "pressure"). Mind you, you're not squeezing on the balloon ("selling")...What is its tendency? --To go back to its previous state. That's what we are seeing here. It's going to float back down until the next round of buying. It may settle higher than it started. (Which it appears it may already have), but it certainly is going to settle some. Penny stocks are incredibly volatile. They are tremendously illiquid and experience tremendous fluctuations in buying and selling pressure. They don't move like IBM. Feel like I am talking to a 2nd grader, but you seem to need that.

I have gotten PM's from 3 people equally tired of your maniacal rantings about your frivilous lawsuit. Start a new thread for it, some of us want to learn about the fundamentals of the company. The price will work itself out in the long run.

regards,
mike

To Mr Stark from the SEC:

This evening I sent you a formal complaint about a MARKET MAKERS PRICE MANIPULATION ON THIS COMPANY BNEZ.

I also give you this thread as a way of you getting more information.

This is a software company with a NEW program just out on the street and with large sales done right now.
Because good NEWS the price of the share went from 0.14 to 0.98 in about two weeks.

Market Makers, in my opinion, sold millions of short shares, making several millions dollars for themselves.

Then between Wednesday and Thursday, on NO BAD NEWS, LOW VOLUME, etc. dropped the price up to 0.38 with the only purpose of COVERING ALL THE SHARES THEY SOLD AT MORE THAN DOBLE.
IN MY OPINION, THIS WAS AN ILLEGAL MANIPULATION.

BECAUSE INVESTORS WERE DEFRAUDED BY THESE MARKET MAKERS I REQUESTED FROM YOU A HALT IN TRADING AND AN INVESTIGATION.
Yours,

Elio Madama
