That was a great suspension summary. Thanks for laying it out so well.

This thing with RDRT is probably "noise" coming out of the settlement between Hutchinson and Applied Kinetics where Hutchinson went after the start up over noncompete agreements and also patent infringement.

The Applied Kinetics product is reported to be a "TSA" knockoff and if it is, wouldn't IBM have an issue with them along with Hutchinson??

I haven't followed recent patent activity at HTCH but it would appear they might have added their own IP elements to the original IBM patent.
