Thanks Doug.

No, did not look at the TA in CTI just at the fundamentals.
And since the stock has been down 70% of its high with out any change in the fundamentals I decided to buy some at 6 11/16 with a yield of 3% and a p/e of 5 the risk reward looks in my favor

Also the CEO's brother just took a 5% stake
