FAMH can't afford to piss off the shareholders more than they already
have. If they come in below 0.1085 and pulled this stunt there would be soooo many people on the phone to the SEC....

Kevin....You're painting a very bleak scenario with no hope. The only way a reverse split works is with a strong, financially stable company that could weather the negative implications. Firamada is not and this would be an act of desperation on Arif's part. Even if they reverse split 1 for 5, you're looking at a .50 cent stock soon to be a .10 cent stock again, especially if they post negative earnings for '97. This action would be a total disregard for shareholders and, in my opinion, would be the kiss of death for this company. Lawsuits would be flying everywhere.
