With holding 9 billion in cash I think it was that I read. The

question comes to mind as to where you get a good ROI with that
type of cash. With bonds so low and no safe place it may be that
money could find it's way into Gold. Would it not be a place to follow
over to once a posittion has been taken in Silver? intresting to
keep a eye on.
