FREDDIE,

That would be me . I had a GTC in for several days at 3/32 and got filled to my surprise.
In regards to all the shares Arif issued himself. If his only concern is control then he could retire about 20000 shares and issue options to himself. In the event someone actually tried to gain control he could exercise his options. I think he viewed Ira as a threat and issued those shares to protect himself...IMHO. Time will tell.
