Barbara,

What is the actual NASDAQ rule for delisting based on price? I am long on a NASDAQ stock(NCES)that has been diving (dying is more like it) recently and was wondering that exact question.

Thanks in advance.

Dave

Barbara, QDEK's in the pennies for a reason.

They had some hot products back in the good ole DOS days but much of what they offer has been incorporated into newer operating systems. Their other utilities face tough competition from companies with deep pockets.

I hope you get your spike and get a chance to get out intact. Good luck.

JR

Nothing against QDEK. I like QDEK and think it will come back strong next quarter. Products have received a lot of awards recently. I sold @$.75 when it started loosing ground and I will buy back if it hits a quarter again. When it comes to pennies I actually prefer BB stocks because I can trade in decimals so I don't get burned by the large percentage difference in the spread. Not to say that you don't have to be real careful because you do. There are a lot of scams, hypes, and sharp practices in the BB's. But a finding a few jewels in the rough and waiting until they get polished can be very risky and very rewarding.
