SMU is cash flow positive (excluding capital expense items) at $0.00 quarterly earnings for this quarter, is it not ??? No company goes out of business with positive cash flow.

I am not apologizing for this inept and denial-burdened management.
I would at least have hired someone(s) to help me, who could. The problem is at the top.......by this I mean that Stan Desjardins is disengaged, reticent, introverted, and not a production manager. I repeat what I have said before....at the shareholder meeting four months ago, I was astounded to see him introduced for the first time to his new director. The people running the show do not own the company, and this really shows up now. They apparently will not bring in anyone stronger or more able than themselves, and Mr. Desjardins is too removed to do so either.

A structural human problem, and one which does disservice to the concept of the corporation. mcd
