"... the stock bottomed when GSCO stopped selling and started buying at 22 3/8. I like to watch situations like this because more often than not I see the firm that issued the upgrade/downgrade buying into sell recs and selling into buy recs. Found this brief update from Solomon Smith Barney on PSFT today. Probably issued to stop the bleeding, but was obviously ineffective.
