SANM/ALRN ratio:

Does anyone see any real risk to this transaction being consummated? The agreement calls for $13.65 per ALRN share minimum ($1.50 spread right now).

I will be looking at all the recent analyst comments this weekend to assess the telecom warnings and their effect of SANM's revenues going forward. I'll try to post them next week.

How do you see movement from electronic to optics in the telecom business effecting ECM business. DWDM small companies are in the news and I see where CISCO recently bought out one. How many switches, routers etc do we need in the future if optics goes into downstream layers.
