<<for 33 million dollars they should be willing to take 1000 of those kinds of mails a day and take care of them in an expedited fashion with a smile on their faces and thank you from their mouths>>

Since their $33 million of GNET stock is now down about 50%, can they frown just a little bit?

Lisa your right , every kid in McD is doing it for a
few bucks an hour .

IMHO in a 5 years which i am on the net it is all
ways same story ..

1) at the beggining the service is sometimes exelent ( with few glitches -- which everyone is overlooking -- company is new and they have to catch all bugs ..

2) service levels up and customers start rolling in by bigger
numbers ( interesting on this stage is -- the customer IS still
the customer ) ..

3)than everything comes to a third stage : lines between a customer
and a pain in neck somewhere get crossed and decline of IP or SP (you
fill in what ever you think of) goes to hell ...

there is only few internet companies which in stage 2 start thinkig different and with the increase in customer numbers start spend some money for additional staf and new or better equipment .

sorryyyyy maybe i was with one to many IP and different services providers ...
