The bug in Xeon was old news. I am glad the news indicates it has been fixed.

Larger cache is not useful for your office application but very important for Database & Web servers. I remember someone posted a link to benchmark the other day saying 4 way Xeon double the performance of 4 way PPro in TPC.

Thinking about the ASP for Xeon and the rumor/news that it is in backlog, it is definitely going to be a profit maker for Intel.
