I don't believe half the float is owned by management. I would guess ALL or nearly ALL of their shares are restricted.

The reason for the large fluctuations is that there may be (probably are) VERY FEW shares available for trading. So the stock price moves up dramatically one way or the other with little trading.

It wouldn't surprise me if there is a large naked short as I know some investors have never received their July dividends. BUT that is NOT the basis for my interest in BNEZ.
