think this is a significant issue!

I don't know. Sounds likely. Ask someone from AT&T or something. I'm an enterprise customer, and as such Cisco has their hands wrapped tightly around my balls. That's where I spend most of our bucks--on Cisco.

I seem to remember Lucent winning a contract to provide Kinkos with WAN capabilities using Asnd gear. Believe this was either late last year or early this year
