Melissa,

Maybe because Goldman Sachs crosses all PSFT insider trades? But then again, that is probably a lie because I just make random things up. Goldman obviously was not the only house buying this dog on the pre-crash from 44-32 after the last set of good earnings.

Party's over folks, get out if you can during the dead cat bounce. Glad I never bought back in.

>>So tell me this....how is it that Chuck Phillips at GS has access to recent PSFT contracting documentation??<<

I have no idea.. But I was going to enter at 30 or so but when they were suggesting that you short psft/ca and go long bmcs I got chicken feet, after the last year of watching this I think these guys have perfected legalised robbery.

>>This is just one more example of the big guys getting the chance to sell first. I think all these premarket sales should be abolished...Give everyone the chance to sell at the same time..assuming that's what they choose to do.....But trading 4M shares before the market opens is just ridiculous...<<

Oh you can get access to instinet pretty cheap, Get cybertrader or mbtrader or one of them things. Whats worse if all the long/short manipulations going on in the background. Even the big boys whine all the time about it when others bigger than them do it, but they do it more than anyone else.

***OT*** That's like hoping the SEC will start regulating blatent manipulation! Do not see it happening any time soon. Also, anyone ever noticed you never hear a story in the media about how many of the big caps manage to close just under strike prices on options expiration day? tim
