In the case of people getting fired, there are victims, obviously. In the case of a male cop demanding sex from women after giving them tickets, again, there are victims. But who is the victim here????

OK, Clinton did have an affair with Ms. Lewinsky.

SO WHAT????

The only one who could claim to be a victim in this is Mrs. Clinton. So, at best, this may be grounds for divorce, but certainly not for impeachment from the Presidency.

I guess each case must be looked at on an individual level.Without knowing the whole story it's looking pretty bad for that cop.Lets face it you just don't ask a woman for sex the first time you meet.Sounds like some sort of threat may have been implied.
