You do, of course, realize that there is a religious left as well. Some of them are ministering to the President (I hesitate to describe it that way after hearing of Clinton ministering to that poor young women <g>). Some of them are asking for people to forgive the President. Some of them are trying to gain equal rights for gays or are pushing for revolution in various South American countries or are speaking out against welfare reform, etc. Not all deeply religious people are conservatives. It is only the conservative religious people whose faith and activism is evil, er, I mean misguided, er I mean under scrutiny.
