Leroyt,

Let's assume 35 mil. outstanding before 12-1 RS. Wouldn't that mean 2.91 mil. outstanding now. Not many is it! So if we do 10 mil. in sales this year and make 4 mil. in profit; that is $1.37 a share profit, not counting anything else. At that level, what would be a fair value for the stock? Anyone?
