It seems to me that VIAS broke down out of a narrow channel that was following the DJI bear rally. Once broken through, with support gone, even the up market today was not enough to hold it up. My opinion is that nothing will hold the averages up. With every "good news" announcement the averages go lower. Two things will restart the bull market. Panic selling and a lower p/e ratio (say, 8). Why do you say company buying will resume after the earnings are out?
