I don't think so. To coin a Maxwell, they'll be lucky to get an order of magnitude less than what you say. Click and read the post below and tell me which items the K7 will have. Hint, concentrate on the RAS (reliability, availability and serviceability) features, whether they are in the chip, the board or the server node. Those are the ones that will, especially, keep AMD outside the candy store looking in. Oh, that and the fact that nobody will trust AMD chips for any mission critical applications. It will take generations of chips to change that.
