Mike, first let me apology to you because I sent you to the hell. :} I hope a SEC investigation will stop Frankel. Second, in my opinion, FRANKEL will get those shares from the people who sold the new companies to BNEZ. In my opinion they are working together. Again, in my opinion, BNEZ made honest deals with them and they just 'CIRCLE" THOSE DEALS AND START TO GET MONEY RIGHT NOW WITH frankel help. But, if right now SOMEBODY FORCE FRANKEL TO COVER, THEY SIMPLE CAN'T. The float is way too small. Elio
