Elio.....

Get this right. If the authorized shares are 35,000,000 Jack and Mikie don't own 51% of these shares or a little over 17.5 million. If the outstanding shares are only say 5 million, Jack and Mikie control 51% of the 5 million outstanding shares. The other 30 million shares are not issued yet. I highly doubt Frankel will get caught in any squeeze. If they do it would be icing on the cake. Market makers make markets in hundreds of stocks. This is a big operation. They will work with each other to bail each other out of situations. I am hoping we pick up new buyers once the product is promoted big time and is on the shelves in major retail outlets, this will move the stock. Don't kid yourself, this last decline was a wake up call. It once again proves that stocks don't go straight up. Jim B's posts portray this perfectly. Elio, no matter what people tell you, even the people with large positions will sell some off on the next run up. I know some that PMed me telling me they already sold some on the last run up. It's the smart thing to do to lock in some profits. Expecting a stock to go to $4 a share and not sell any is just plain foolish most of the time. There are too many variables and things that can happen like the SEC halting BNEZ trading. <ggg>

via a public press release or was dividend just reported on thread,
