Thanks. Between that and the article I have a better idea what the terms are. You are correct that the debt will add some quarterly interest payments, but MU will also save royalty payments, and the savings on the royalty payments almost offsets the interest. The interest will be about $19 million per quarter, and the royalty savings will be about $15 million per quarter. Pretty slick work by MU, I'd have to say. Almost like an interest free loan.

Skeets, speaking of fraudulent without being illegal, did you notice in that fluff piece in EB that there was no mention of Applesauce getting canned and then rehired 10 days later? <G>
