While the company is not a registrant the reader is

nonetheless cautioned that no current and thorough

feasibility study, using North American standards has been

completed
and therefore no determination has been made on

whether or not the mineralization referred to above may be

mined at a profit.

It is late and again I will share more when I have more time to read the news release tomorrow. The bottom line from what I get out of much of this is that the Russian Report is not using North American standards, thus the reason for some of the retractions as well as moving forward with the summer work program and the feasibility report. I myself feel confident that the property value is supported by the Management as well as others in the mining industry otherwise the summer work program would have never started. It just clarifies more why the summer program is taking place. It's just going to cost IKAR to prove this thing out one more time and their is no indication from IKAR that they are worried about the outcome of the report by I am assuming NORTH AMERICAN STANDARDS.................... Again I will inject more after speaking to IKAR also I would suggest others to call IKAR for clarification as well. The above is only my opinion.
