Made a remark on concrete in clubhouse too - Forgot to mention heated concrete but you covered that (can also be done with using heated water). I made control calculation systems for a concrete plant here that's how I know quite a bit there.

The issue how many loans have been given yet and what is in the pipeline, should IMO not be adressed until ARET is ready to do so - There is competition in the market - no reason to reveal numbers now. We know how much FAMC is cleared to process (30MM), that is sufficient for now.

All other questions I have seen have already either been addressed in the filings, news or by Dustan answers to TsioKawe - Or are pending for answer in the fax from James Lynch.

Thank you too, Tonto. I should have read all the messages before I thanked Strtyz.

It is good to hear from several sources in the know, with first hand knowledge, that construction is a year round business.

Regards,
Helene

Excavating and pouring concreted during blizzards, snow storms and treacherous wind chill factors is not recommended. Winter delays do to weather conditions can cause havoc with all of the sub contractors resulting in much higher costs and much lower revenues. I do not believe that ARET has alot of this specialized equipment and expertise to be profitbale in the construction business during the winter months. Do you know of any projects that they have completed during the winter?? Best Regards.
