HI Ken, This is an area that is regulated to second place! However it is important to good TA to know some of the funnymentals. To be able to scan for those areas is good as you suggest.

William O'Neals book, "How to Make Money in Stocks," helps to see those areas that are important to producing good TA. He is the founder and owner of Investors Business Daily.
