eom, I did a word search of the Starr Report and the word Whitewater didn't show up once.

With the latest release of the Tripp Tapes it is clear that Clinton was the victim of an elaborate sting operation orchestrated by his political enemies.

It must have been very frustrating for Ken Starr and his backers to spend four years on Whitewater and come up empty handed. They were getting desperate so they went for the President's Achilles heel -- his habitual infidelity.

The methods used by Starr and Linda Tripp to entrap Lewinsky and the President are shameful and disgusting. The majority of the American public are more sickened by Starr and Tripp's actions than by the President's denials of his infidelity.

To call the American people morons for supporting the President over the well-documented sleazy actions of his political enemies is a trite and condescending statement.
