c) All certificates recieved by Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. postmarked after midnight on October 7, 1998 must be accompanied by a cashiers check or money order in the amount of $12.00 made payable to Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.

Is that $12.00 per certificate, per envelope, or per investor?

Even knowing Mr. Sylvers experience with bad checks it's still surprising that he doesn't trust his own stockholders enough to accept their personal check. Maybe he's got a clue to their respectability from reading this thread.

2. Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. is also issuing a five percent (5%) stock dividend to our stockholders of record.

3. The following sequence will transpire in regards to your certificate:

f) A certificate in the amount of the 5% of of the amount of the original certificate will be issued in 144 stock and will carry a standard 144 legend.

g) In approximately forty-five (45) days, Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. will have your new certificate and dividend back to you via certified mail.

What happened to the dividend? The 10K says that no dividends were paid and no future dividends, cash or otherwise, are expected.
